⚡ Why does it say "Too many downloads"?

To prevent abuse and protect the service, we've implemented rate limits:

  • 📊 10 requests per minute per IP address
  • ⏱️ 5 proxy downloads per minute (fallback when direct download doesn't work)
⏰ Solution: Wait 1 minute and try again. The limit resets automatically!

These limits are generous for normal use but prevent bots and automated scrapers.

❌ Why won't some videos download?

There are several possible reasons:

  • 🚫 Deleted video: The video was removed by the author
  • 🌍 Geoblocking: Video not available in your region
  • 🔧 API temporarily down: Platforms change frequently
  • ⏳ Video too recent: Some videos need a few minutes of processing

To extract audio from other videos, you can use external tools after downloading.

💾 Where are videos saved?

Videos are downloaded directly to your browser's download folder:

Quick troubleshooting:

If the problem persists, it might be a temporary platform issue. Try again in 15-30 minutes.

🔧 Can I download Instagram stories?

No, stories are not supported for technical and privacy reasons:

  • Stories require authentication (login)
  • They are often private or temporary (24h)
  • APIs don't make them publicly accessible

We support only: Posts, Reels, public IGTV.
